Speciality Autumn Spice Blend (Pumpkin & Apple Pie Spice)

Ya know, I’ve got to say….i’ve got an issue with the guy (or granny) who decided this wondersome spice blend was just for pumpkin pie y’all! If I had a pumpkin spice wand I would be very giving with this whimsical blend of autumn spice….this stuff is stellar on everything it touches! Not just for pumpkin, its swoonworthy on Pumpkin everything! Sweet potato everything! Apple everything but also chia….lattes…eggnog….tea…spice cakes and cookies…oatmeal and the list goes on! Do yourself a favor! Stop buying subpar and make custom spice blends at home! It’s life-changing and gives your food life as well….great thing about it too is that you can adjust the ratios of each ingredient to your liking….so if you can’t stand ginger just don’t bother with it but ginger is a medicinal wonder spice so if I were you i would ginger it up! Your gonna love my blend because it has the addition of sweet, spice and vanilla! You heard right….now spice up your life this autumn and have fun making this spice and everything nice that comes with it!





  • 1/2 cup quality ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cane or turbinado sugar
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or a small piece of pure vanilla bean (*do not use vanilla extract*)


  • Mix very well and place in airtight container, mason jar or Zip-lock bag. Store in a dry place indefinitely although it won’t last that long!

    To use: Use a tablespoon or two in all your favorite fall recipes like Spice cake, cinnamon rolls, Apple pie and Apple desserts, pumpkin pie and pumpkin desserts, donuts, spice cakes and more!
